Introducing TriPrism’s new “TEP-X Share”

TriPrism, Inc., the unmatched leader in software development for photography solutions on the Apple platform, has been offering the TEPS-X software with green screen technology for high quality background replacement for many years. The TEPS-X Portrait and Event workflow software is designed for professional photographers seeking digital technology solutions to expedite the process of delivering their products and services to their customers. TEPS-X is quick to set-up, easy to use, and it’s designed to work with virtually any combination of digital cameras and printers.

TriPrism has developed a new KEYLESS software package with advanced features beyond the TEPS-X called TEPS-X Share. Primarily, the improved user interface will increase productivity. Additionally, advanced data synchronization is now possible (with the purchase of a portable data collector) with ANY camera in a non-tethered mode. This is a great feature for sports and school photography.

TriPrism will provide its considerable expertise in digital photography solutions gained through over 15 years of experience in the industry. Essentially, TriPrism will be your imaging partner, assisting you in making your workflow software more efficient, and your operation more profitable.

NEW TEPS-X Share v15 Pricing

Silver Package-$695 licensing fee* per computer with unlimited prints, free tech support, free software upgrades, and free Internet hosting for 1 year. We will apply 75% of the purchase price towards a gold or platinum package if you upgrade within 3 months.
Additional computer licenses are $395. The yearly renewal license fee for each computer is $395.

Gold package-$995 licensing fee* includes unlimited printing for 3 computers, free tech support, free software upgrades, and free Internet hosting for 1 year. We will apply 75% of the purchase price towards a platinum package if you upgrade within 3 months.
Additional computer licenses beyond the 3 in the package are $295 each. The yearly renewal license fee for each computer is $250.

Platinum package-$1595 licensing fee* includes unlimited printing for 5 computers, free tech support, free software upgrades, and free Internet hosting for one year.
Additional computer licenses beyond the 5 in the package are $200 each. The yearly renewal license fee for each computer is $200.

Please note: There is a license fee for each computer that will use the new keyless software. You must connect to the Internet at least once a month to receive the new software and upgrades. Also, the Gold and Platinum packages are designed as site licenses.

* The yearly licensing fee can be reduced for the following year by using the TriPrism Internet hosting service. TriPrism will receive commission on your Internet sales. (see commission structure below) You will receive a credit for 30% of the amount of commission paid to TriPrism during the year. This credit can be used towards the licensing fee for the following year. There will be a minimum $150 licensing fee per computer for the above services. However, if you generate $15,000 in commissions for TriPrism through online sales, there is no licensing fee for the next year.

TriPrism TEPS-X Share Internet Hosting Service

TriPrism, Inc. is pleased to announce pricing for our Internet Hosting Service targeted towards high volume online sales. Our entry into this market is primarily focused on the use of the green screen background replacement technology in our TEPS software.

Following is the commission structure. Once you have hit a new level, the commission percent will stay at the lower rate for the end of the year.***

**If you have your own gateway and you take responsibility for the credit card transactions, the 3% credit card fee is waived as well.

***You will continue to be charged at the lower percentage unless you have any 12 month period where you do not average sales justifying that rate.
